This is a thank you my kids put together to thank those who have been generous enough to donate books and money for books to our classroom.

Dr. Seuss' Birthday

In an effort to reach out to us from the office more, our principal came in to read a Dr. Seuss classic to us for Read Across America.

If you notice the extra chairs at the back of the room, we had potential funders of TFA visit us that day as well. They watched us track our progress on our class charts and saw some of math.

Reader's Workshop Projects

Students take the opportunity to present their reader's workshop projects to their families at family dinner. During family dinner, families come in the evening and bring food potluck style to eat together in the classroom.

Circuits in Science

Look at the awesome circuit we made from junk lying around our classroom!
